Component Goals:

Overarching:

Bolster through high-end state-of-art systems approaches, developed specifically for the study of archaeal organisms, the comprehensive analysis of multi-protein complexes in DOE-relevant organisms.

Short-Term:

  1. In collaboration with Component 6 facilitate identification of individual members of multi-protein complexes.

  2. Provide insights into functional roles of individual members of multi-protein complexes.

  3. Map molecular interactions in protein complexes: delineate nucleation and assembly of protein complexes.

  4. Characterize using a systems approach the functional roles of protein complexes and their individual subunits.
