Component Goals:

1. Develop the high throughput capabilities with our robotics sample preparation technology to provide rapid characterization of protein complexes.


2. Develop new mass spectrometry technologies for examining these organisms.


3. Develop new mass spectrometry methods for metabolite characterization from molecular complexes.


4. Extend our METLIN mass spectrometry metabolite database to facilitate metabolite characterization from model organisms.


5. Extend our web-based automated data transfer system to facilitate communication between the participating projects.
