A critical stepping stone in metabolite finger-printing is the data analysis. The proper alignment of peaks in mass spectrometry and NMR data sets is critical in order to establish confidence for the subsequent interpretation of the data. The software listed on this page has been developed by colleagues in the metabolomics community and all are free to download.
