Brian began as a research scientist in the lab in May of 1994. His history in the field began at the La Jolla Cancer Research Foundation where he studied carbohydrate structure using GCMS and FAB MS. Before coming to TSRI, Brian had the unique experience of working at the Barcelona Cancer Research Institute in Spain. An avid cyclist and all around outdoorsman, Brian is now on to the next adventure-- Doctoral study at the University of Tennessee and St. Jude's Hospital (along with a possible Elvis sighting!).
