Background:
Dr. Griffin is currently CSO of ExSAR. Prior, he was Senior Director, Basic Chemistry, at Merck and spent 11 years applying technology to discovery phase DMPK and molecular profiling (proteomics) in many drug programs including several NHR programs such as PPARalpha, PPARy, GR LXR, FXR and SERMS. Dr. Griffin was a key contributor to the discovery and development of DMP-777 (Phase IIb), a human leukocyte elastase inhibitor.
